I don’t know about you, but I struggle with expecting perfection from myself. Usually I would deny this to be the case because I know that I am not perfect, but my sub conscience expectation of perfection shows itself when criticism comes out in the moments I mess up or when I am not as far along as I thought I would be by now. This life with the Lord is a journey, where He is finishing the good work He began in us (Philippians 1:6). I pray this episode encourages you to take a deep breath.You are not your mistakes. You are not your progress. You are who the Lord says you are, lean into Him today on the journey.
