With nearly 20 years of experience in airline world, the majority spent flying as a Senior Cabin Crew for Emirates in Dubai, Jay now serves as a Purser for a major European airline. His career has taken him around the world, giving him a front-row seat to the ever-evolving aviation industry.

Jay’s insights and travel expertise have been featured in top-tier publications including CNN Travel, BBC, USA Today, Forbes, and The Daily Mail. As the founder of the United By Wings movement, he has dedicated over a decade to uniting airline professionals and giving crew life a global spotlight.
