Full Hour | Today, Dom led off the Dom Giordano Program by offering his take on the groundbreaking testimony yesterday from Mark Meadows aide Cassidy Hutchinson at the January 6th hearings, who alleges that President Trump attacked a Secret Service agent in an attempt to aid the insurrection. Giordano tells of reporting from NBC and ABC which runs counter to the testimony, with Secret Service agents offering to testify that Hutchinson was not accurate in her testimony.
Then, Dom welcomes in Andrew C. McCarthy, legal analyst for Fox News and editor for National Review, back onto the Dom Giordano Program to get his legal expertise on the information coming out of the January 6th hearings being held in Washington, D.C. First, Giordano asks McCarthy for his general thoughts on the situation, with McCarthy explaining that much of what Cassidy Hutchinson said was hearsay, which in a way protects her in case the information she was given was false. In addition, McCarthy and Giordano examine different aspects of Hutchinson’s testimony, and McCarthy tells what this may mean for political discourse moving forward.
