Full Hour | In today’s second hour, Giordano welcomes back in Sports Radio 94WIP Morning Show Host Angelo Cataldi to discuss the return of Ben Simmons to Philadelphia in yesterday’s Sixers loss against the Brooklyn Nets. First, Giordano asks Angelo why he believes tickets were at their highest secondary market price of the past decade, with Angelo telling that ‘revenge’ drove the prices, with Philadelphians wanting to be in person to boo Ben Simmons. Then, Giordano gets Cataldi’s thoughts on the end of the MLB lockout, as both the players and owners came to an agreement that will push back the start of the baseball season, but allow for the season to take place in full. Finally, Cataldi offers his opinion on the Eagles quarterback situation, and tells whether or not Dom should publicly throw his 40 yard football throw.
Then, Giordano spends the majority of the rest of the hour talking about the push in New Jersey by local lawmakers to allow self-service at gas stations. For the majority of Dom’s time spent doing radio, both Republicans and Democrats from NJ were generally against the end of gas attendants, but the tide has seemingly changed. Giordano asks listeners if their mind has changed and if they’re open to self-service. (Photo by Emma McIntyre/Getty Images for WarnerMedia)
