The past week has seen plenty of interesting weather and bigger seas. Luckily the fish don't mind getting wet, in fact they prefer it!Offshore: The offshore fishing has been very good on the entire coast. The sea and heavy launch has been the most limiting factor but weather plays along…it has been magical. Rock and Surf: The sea has not been giving up its bounty as easily as last week. The bigger seas have made fishing a bit more difficult but worth it.Freshwater: The freshwater fishing has been great. With the big seas, a lot of sea anglers have found the excitement and fast-paced action of bass fishing or the relaxation of carp and trout fishing.  Vinesh's website

Offshore: Tuna, snoek, bottomfish and garrick have been on the menu. So there is something for everyone, you just need to get out there.Rock and Surf: The rock and surf fishing is seeing more inedibles on the catch reports week by week. The fishing is really starting to follow the weather with the summer heat getting the fish going.Offshore: The sea has not been the friendliest over the last few weeks, making trip planning and particularly launch site choice vitally important.Rock and Surf: The summer flatfish are here! Nobody likes a wet launch in the morning so take care and don't rush to launch. With the cold snap at the beginning of the week, it has been difficult to convince most people to get up early and throw a bait/lure. Luckily, the fishing has been hot enough to make the cold bearable!Offshore: The offshore fishing has been a bit slow this past week. Most of the guys have been making trips down far south for the bigger bottom fish but local waters have had fish.Rock and surf:  The fishing from the shore has been focused on live baits and garrick. Please remember that this is a species on the brink of disappearing so consider letting them go...Freshwater: The fishing has been good in most of the freshwater facets. The fishing has been dominated by the spinning anglers this past week, but a couple decent fish have been landed in all facets.Offshore: The Offshore fishing has been a mix of bottom fishing when the gamefish go quiet and chaos when the drags start screaming.Rock and surf: The end of winter is near with a few hot days creeping in. Nevertheless, we are still in the colder months so make sure you are prepped for the weather when you head out.Freshwater: The freshwater fishing has been good in spite of the colder weather. The weather has not been playing the game, but the fishing has still been on top form. From the bass to the billfish, there is something for everyone to catch.Offshore: The bigger seas and heavy winds have made fishing on the boats a little unpleasant, but the bumpy trips have been worth it.Rock and Surf: The shore-based fishing has been a combination of spinning, scratching and a hint of big fish fishing. All that and the sardines are here in numbers!Freshwater: The trout are feeding well, keeping the midlands anglers happy. The bass are fussy but are there to be caught.
