The New York Yankees are looking for a bench coach, Anthony Volpe is trying to recruit players and the Arizona Fall League is over. We start off with a discussion about Anthony Volpe telling Jason Heyward that he would look good without a beard and we talk about what Heyward did in 2023 with the Los Angeles Dodgers and what he could possibly bring to the Yankees in 2024. Then it was reported David Ross turned down the Yankees and doesn’t want to be a bench coach. But it was also reported that the Yankees are looking into Brad Ausmus and former SF Giants pitching coach Andrew Bailey for that position as well. We discuss pros and cons for both.
