This Week’s Happy Hour Special: Vesper

Ingredients:

·     3 ounces gin

·     1 ounce vodka

·     1/2 ounce Lillet Blanc (or dry vermouth)

·     Lemon peel (for garnish)

Instructions: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in the gin, vodka and Lillet Blanc, then shake until chilled. Strain the drink into a chilled martini glass. Top with a twisted lemon peel and enjoy!
