An award-winning educator, Hinton develops higher education faculty in engaging approaches to support the first-year experience for diverse student populations, integrating High-Impact Educational Practices, and supporting Experiential Learning opportunities. Tiffany Beck has been a high school educator for 17 years. She has taught theater, dance, and speech, she has directed the theater program and numerous productions, and she spent 16 years as a drill team director. Mrs. Beck currently teaches student leadership and is the Student Council advisor at Pleasant Grove High School. She lives in texarkana with her husband, Jon, and their two fabulous girls.
We all have those voices in our head that caution us or scare us off completely from achieving our goals. What if I told you those voices were not yours? They are shaped by other people and their perceptions of life. Letting yourself see that inner critic as an entity outside of you and your control can help you to let your real inner voice shine through.
