A lot of times we forget how to take care of ourselves. A lot of times we neglect self-care because we “get too busy” or “my anxiety is too much today.” It’s important to understand the necessity of putting yourself first because at the end of the day, you are the first line of defense against anxiety.

We all have friends and family and even a significant other that we adore. But sometimes we need to step back and reflect on whether or not these people in our lives or these environments are for the best.
I’ve talked a lot about how anxiety can mess with our emotions but also our mind. For me and millions of other people out there, it’s a battle that seems impossible to win. This is important to keeping your anxiety at bay.
Anxiety can make us feel alone and that can lead us to wanting to shut everyone out of our lives. It happened to me and I struggled for months until I finally got the help I needed. In this episode I talk about how and why we isolate ourselves when going through anxiety and how to overcome those feelings and desires to keep everyone locked out of your life.
For today’s episode, I share with you what worked and don’t work when it came down to getting my anxiety down to a more tolerable level. In today’s episode I share with you the do’s and don’ts of anxiety.
