There are so many jokes about New Year’s Resolutions. We have all seen how full gyms get for the first two weeks of January, only to empty again after that. So many of us choose goals and have big plans to revamp our lives on January first, only to make no lasting changes. 

In this episode, we share our personal approach to the new year, and how we look at it from a place without overwhelm. We use January as a time of self reflection, and save our accomplishment goal setting for spring time, when the whole world is waking up:).
