Practice Yoga with me in Charleston!

Every Monday in February 5:30-7:00 at Synchronicity.

I designed this series of pop-up classes to feed the hungry, dedicated, yogi that wants to go DEEP & get a little weird!

These 90 minutes classes will be very similar to the style of classes I teach on my retreats.

You can expect depth, creativity, meditation, intelligent sequences, a peak pose or theme, a fire playlist, community, etc..

There will be hands on assists (if you consent), occasional partner work, playtime & 1:1 time with me to work on big transitions/poses, etc..

I created this series with the yoga teacher in mind and/or the dedicated yogi with a few years of experience under their belt.

These classes are for the people that want to learn, grow & have some fun while doing it.

These classes are not designed to be a fitness class - however you will get sweaty.

The Schedule:

February 7th: Handstand themed class

February 14th: Partner Yoga & Thai Yoga Massage (come with your lover or BFF)

February 21st: Forearm themed class

February 28th: Headstand themed class
