In this episode Payam and I discuss the recent report by Wentworth and MIT looking at the cost implications of the new energy code and the affect it may have on affordable housing. The report takes a balanced look at how construction costs will affect housing affordability as well as what policy changes could be made to help balance out those costs increases.
