Ben Szalinski, statehouse reporter, Capitol News Illinois, joins Jon Hansen, filling in for Lisa Dent, to discuss the negotiations between the Bears and Illinois lawmakers. This morning, Indiana lawmakers made an announcement that they have passed their own bill, granting funding for the proposed stadium location in Hammond, Indiana. Szalinski explains how the Indiana bill affects how the Bears will make their decision when choosing where to build their new stadium: Arlington Heights or Hammond.
