Throughout this first podcast season I'm starting to hear the same message. We have so much armour that stops us from being seen, having courage and stepping forward in the world. We care so much about the way we are percieved.....something I am struggling with. It is so easy to talk about it but actioning these changes in our lives are scary and can be lonely. Just an observation. Self-awareness is definitely the first step to making positive change.
