This guided meditation is the second part of a 2-part series called Arriving in The Unknown. In this meditation we practice relaxing external control and grasping through connecting to our own center. Based in anatomy and physiology, this meditation guides your awareness into structures of support through the pelvic floor, skeleton, and spine. It also encourages awareness of fluid and organ support that facilitates a deep, inner relaxation. This technique is especially helpful for times when we feel out of balance and off of our own center.
