  • Lindsay Berra And Sean Mullin Release The Documentary It Aint Over
Lawrence Peter "Yogi" Berra is one of baseball's all-time greatest superstars. He amassed 10 World Series rings, three American League MVP awards and 18 All-Star Game appearances. He caught the only perfect game in World Series history in 1956. Yet for many observers his prolific accomplishments on the diamond were overshadowed by his remarkable and unique appeal as a pop culture personality. Long before athletes endorsing products became commonplace, Yogi was starring in TV commercials and connecting with fans from every demographic. His groundbreaking TV commercial appearances and unforgettable "Yogi-isms," which initially appeared to be head-scratching philosophical nuggets, became fashionable catch-phrases that made him a national treasure and an endearing figure on the American pop culture landscape. In telling the complete story of his extraordinary journey, It Ain't Over chronicles Berra's life as a savvy, commanding, bad-ball-hitting-catcher with a squat frame but also a D-Day Navy veteran, coach and manager, loving husband and father and, yes, product endorser and originator (mostly) of his own brand of proverbs now ingrained into everyday life. First person accounts include granddaughter Lindsay Berra, Yogi's three sons (Tim, Larry, and Dale), plus a legion of former Yankee greats, including Derek Jeter, Joe Torre, Mariano Rivera, Willie Randolph, Don Mattingly, Tony Kubek and Ron Guidry. Also featured are Billy Crystal, Bob Costas and Vin Scully, plus photos and eye-opening archival footage on and off the diamond.

  • Puma From Black Ink Crew NY On VH1
Picking up right where the season left off, the “Black Ink Crew: New York” Season 10 cast work to chart a path forward following the decision to cut ties with Ceaser just before the mid-season break. OG’s Puma and Teddy step up to run the business in Ceaser’s absence and find themselves conflicted with upholding the Black Ink Crew legacy while embarking on their own journey as entrepreneurs. When most of the tattooers decide they can’t work for a non-artist like Puma, he and Ted decide to take the reinvention of the shop a step further by bringing in a new group of artists.
Devastated by the shocking departure of Ceaser from Black Ink Crew, a self-appointed Puma is shouldering the weight of Black Ink’s legacy and its uncertain future. In hopes to build upon the fundamentals that Black Ink was founded upon, Puma has decided to create a new shop and rebrand for the sake of preserving creative outlets for Black tattoo artists. With this new challenging business venture, it is even more imperative that Puma maintains the balance of being a boss and his responsibilities as a doting husband and father. Puma knows that Quani expects the progress they’ve made as a family to keep ascending, and Puma’s lofty career goals are born out of keeping the family’s financial status to what they’ve grown accustomed to. However, when the OG crew express their doubts in his ability to lead them to riches and prospects, Ted being chief among them, Puma will be forced to seek out new young Black artists to join his cause. The mixing and matching of new blood vs old loyalty may challenge Puma in more ways than he can imagine. As if this wasn’t enough pressure, due to skyrocketing prices in New York, Puma is still sifting through affordable locations for the new shop, leaving the new artists without a place to work. Since most of the newcomers are not locals to NYC, Puma will be forced to find a live-work situation to subsidize their costs. Does Puma have what it takes to fill the void left by the original Black Ink legend? Will Puma’s self-proclaimed succession be accepted or will he be usurped by another challenger– perhaps Ted? What will Puma do as the future of Black Ink and its ten-year legacy rest in his hands? Anything is possible on the horizon of a new era…

  • Sarah Moon Releases Cut And Run
“I want to take it (my music career) as far as I can”, says singer Sarah Moon. Charismatic, riveting, and commanding are a just a few terms that describe what she brings as singer and performer. While paying respectful homage to a few of her influences including Etta James, Chris Cornell, classic rock and old school blues, her voice and style with hints of classic rock are all her own and she drives home point all the way home on her new record, "Cut & Run". Growing up in a household where her parents worked in live music production, music has always been, in some form or fashion, a big part of what Sarah is about. Call it fate or maybe the subliminal effect of hearing her mother singing around the house, Sarah began singing as a child and landed a gig with the Rapid City Children’s Chorus. She then received classical training and continued her musical journey recording music and regularly gigging at venues in Oregon and Canada. Sarah is ready to make a statement with her latest recording and bring her music to the world. Moon assembled an all star team of sorts to bring her musical vision into fruition. Along with her powerful and unique voice, the record features talented writing partner, guitarist, backing vocalist and co-producer Brandon Cook, co-producer keyboardist and percussionist Andy Korn, hard hitting drummer Kyle Baltus, bassist Allen Huter and features guest appearances by Jean-Pierre Garau on keys, The Davis Sisters on vocals, with Lewis Dragulin and Jon Van Cula adding horns to the fold. As if there wasn’t already enough talent in the building for the recording session already, it was engineered by #1 Billboard charting San Francisco producer Jaimeson Durr, who has worked with Sammy Hagar, Train and members of The Grateful Dead. The record was tracked at The Hallowed Halls recording studio in Portland Oregon.

Nueva York. It is the future of New York City, the home of the Spider-Man of 2099 and where Anya finds herself stranded, tossed across the century. And Nueva York’s Spider-Man billionaire CEO Miguel O’Hara is Araña’s only hope of getting home. • Tre'vell Anderson Releases The Book We See Each Other
WE SEE EACH OTHER is a personal history of trans visibility since the beginning of moving images by Tre’vell Anderson. A literary reckoning, it unearths a transcestry that’s long existed in plain sight and in the shadows of history’s annals, and further contextualizes our present moment of increased representation. The films and television shows that Tre’vell Anderson covers include Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Psycho, Holiday Heart, Boys Don’t Cry, America’s Next Top Model, Some Like It Hot, Survivor, Tangerine, Pose, RuPaul’s Drag Race and much more. Though there have been trans memoirs and histories, there has never been a book quite like this, nor is anyone more suited to write it than Tre’vell. “I don’t remember exactly when I was taught to hate myself” says Tre’vell Anderson. As the narrative unfolds., Tre’vell knits together the history of trans people on screen with stories of their life growing up and their formative experiences as a Black, trans journalist.
