One of the new features introduced by the Digital Services Act (DSA) is an extensive list of additional obligations for Very LargeOnline Platforms (VLOPs). The Commission presented a first list of VLOPs recently, with ZALANDO being on the list. Zalando has filed a legal claim at the Court of Justice of the European Union to contest its designation by the European Commission as a “Very Large Online Platform” (VLOP).
