Joe Molloy was joined by Ger Buckley to discuss the Ash Dieback disease which is rapidly destroying the ash tree across Ireland.

Ash Dieback was first identified here in October 2012 and has been wreaking havoc ever since. Ger explored with us the inadequate ways in which the Irish government has responded to the crisis, and how it will impact both the art of hurley-making and the materials used in the creation of hurleys.
