I super hope my take on this helps! What I didn't say is firstly, you actually don't need to be positive at all! It's so OK to not be OK at times, so take this pressure off too! But at the same time it's not healthy or helpful to stay in any negative state for long stretches. I also didn't say, finding purpose in the pain is key as well...this is what I was alluding to at the start when speaking of my own pain.
