His goal is to buy, renovate, and eventually turn the property into serviced accommodation. Concerned about covering both rent and a mortgage and unsure he’ll get a loan approved far from home, he asks Rob & Rob how to navigate these hurdles and when property investing starts to feel easier. 

(7:45) Mark owns two buy to let properties, one being his former family home. He’s keen to move back into his home next year, but with tenants currently living there and the upcoming Renters' Rights Bill, he's concerned about how to handle the situation and asks the guys for their advice.
