Yes, you all will be having many more questions about me as we go along with this journey of my podcast and the next question that you're thinking about is the real truth about creating autism and mental health videos right?  I also open up about one of the catalysts which led me to take up the challenge of uploading youtube videos and try to help people by talking about my autism experiences.  As an autistic person with a host of mental health conditions, I have been talking about autism and mental health on youtube. • Let's Talk: How To Address The Autistic Community

DISCLAIMER: I am no medical doctor, I'm just your normal Jo Bloggs who's sharing her lived experiences with Autism that was called Aspergers. I am here today to share with you as shared in the above title right now. As we are all aware that there are many terms that can be used for people on the spectrum and in the Autistic community. It has been debatable as well as controversial to know what we should be called. This topic can be sensitive to some people that are Autistic. This also brings in a lot of confusion and misunderstandings about it all and that's why I'm here to share my point of this. It's about respecting one another as well as also knowing what to say and how to say it to others around us. Yet, I noticed in today's world that this isn't the case.

This video idea or topic has come about from some of the Autistic YouTubers I’ve been watching recently of the likes of IndieAndy and Invisiblei. While watching the two as well as reading some blogs about this topic, I thought to myself shall I really share my thoughts on this topic? What does need to be addressed is so much here in this.  So, just bear with me as this is only based on my opinions as well as on what I’ve seen and experienced in some Autistic Groups I’ve been in. This is a matter of fact, in response to them both of their concerns/worries for the Autistic Community as a whole. I want to say that both of these people are brave and courageous to speak their opinions or concerns about this. It does take a lot of guts and thanks for sharing this with us. You are amazing and you’re honesty is real and that it is now time for many of us Autistics should be able to speak out about it all.

First of all, I want to say thank you to Georgiana from Georgiana Speaks for this inspiration to do this afterthought after what she shared on her channel and you can visit her channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCez-....  What are the main reasons for doing this video is as it reads just to share my life experiences while I've been on YouTube as well as some of the groups that I've been on? Don't get me wrong not all people are like what am about to share with you all but I am not going to name names or go bashing people about. There is just my personal thoughts and opinions as well. I want to share with you all my journey so far after being on here for almost four years.

A startling fact that you may or not be aware of that there's about 50% of people around the world that may not have been diagnosed with autism and it continues to grow every year.

    So, who am I?
I am Aspie Answers as an alias name via most of my socials and that I am really passionate about mental health, science, autism, animals and nature and so much more.

    What do I do?
I'm a young autistic female YouTuber, podcaster, author, advocate,  navigator that will help you all to navigate through life. I am many of the six hats that were researched by Dr. Edward De Bono. Imagine these and that you will see what I mean if you really met me in person.

My main focus for this podcast is quite simple really as this is similar to my channel which is going to solely focus on all things mental health and autism along with some of my lived experiences of some of the every day topics that we will be discussing.

Why the name of Aspie Answers or more importantly how did you come up with it?
As we know that there are many terms that have been interchanged over the years through science and research. This is like a colloquial slang medical term that means just someone with Aspergers. Well, Answers should be easy to see or to know why. I answer your everyday questions that you may have.

How or what will my podcast be like?
Imagine my podcast as a book or even just a comprehensive guide of some kind for easy listening and following. I shared also what I will cover in my podcast that will now become seasonal as different series for different topics.

I also shared my aims and goals for the podcast and again these are quite similar to my channel along with some of the topics.
