This episode is covering from the last part of the series of episode one based on the positives of being an Aspie and that I was sharing this as to some of the attributes and traits that we have as an Aspie with the positives. Being an Aspie isn't all doom and gloom. We can all choose it to be a blessing or a curse! Yet, this is the reason why I feel that being an Aspie is a blessing. As we know that no matter what we have been diagnosed with either with a physical disability, mental disability and an invisible disability that life does throw us some curveballs or some situations that we need to face in our everyday life no matter how big or small it is. We all have our struggles and what we do with our struggles is up to us and it starts with us. We need to remember that the everyday choices we make big or small will have consequences. Having Aspergers Syndrome or Autism as it's now officially called in the DSM 5 Manual in NZ. Autism for many of us can be difficult especially also with other conditions that comes with it yet it's amazing and beautiful. Autism and other conditions I've got has taught me so much in my life regardless of the trials and tribulations I face, taught me how to love and accept myself for who and what I am as a person with Autism.

It is truly an honor and humbling to see you gain any value from me sharing my experiences. But as a YouTuber, as a content creator, there are challenges to talking about autism and mental health that I wanted to share with you. This is really to show you that I genuinely care about the autism and mental health community and want to talk about my autism experiences in a way that is right for me & for you listening.

This next podcast today, I will be sharing with you my lived experiences and struggles with my Autism as well as some mental health as I believe that there's always a lack of understanding, knowledge, research and information out there for others to learn and educate themselves with. I also mentioned some of my life lessons while growing up that you shouldn't never judge a book by its cover along with this I shared some tips briefly also.

I talked briefly about a movie that has a woman that portrays as an Autistic and the importance of autistic advocates as we need more around NZ at this moment of time in special areas. Yet, it's not just the autistic communities that need them. We need to find ways to advocate for others no matter what their needs are.
