September offers a little bit of balance with sweet, Venusian energy before rockiness begins towards the end of the month of September and into October.

Venus shifted into Libra on September 2nd. Venus in Libra is well supported and promotes harmony, balance, beauty, and fairness within our relationships. The New Moon in Purva Phalguni amplified this Venusian quality and reminds us that creativity cannot always be forced.. sometimes we must slow down, soften, and become receptive before inspiration can find us.

Today, we begin by catching up on major global events. Due to requests, we discuss the devastating disaster in Nepal and the passing of our beloved Dolly Parton. Both stories reflect themes that feel especially connected to Ketu. With Sun, Mercury, and Ketu in Magha (governed by Ketu), it truly demonstrates loss, separation, and impermanence.

In this episode, we explore the upcoming lunar eclipse in Shatabhisha - the nakshatra associated with the hundred healers.

With the Moon joining Rahu, this eclipse directs our attention toward the future. This can encourage progression, innovation, and deep change.
