ATEX Resources Inc. is a Canada-based exploration company. The Company is engaged in the business of exploration and evaluation of mineral properties in South America. The Company’s projects portfolio includes Valeriano Project, HS-Gen Project, Generative Projects and Apolo Concessions. The Valeriano Project is located approximately 125 kilometers to the southeast of the City of Vallenar, Atacama Region, Chile and 27 kilometers northeast of Barrick’s Pascua Lama project. The Company initiated a grassroots exploration program, which is focused on staking and exploration of high sulphidation precious metals deposits in northern Chile using techniques. The Company’s subsidiaries include ATEX Chile SpA (ATEX Chile) and ATEX Valeriano SpA (ATEX Valeriano).
