This hit home for me as I'm always putting so much pressure on myself to accomplish big things in SUPER short periods of time. But Tony Robbins said it best, "People OVERestimate what they can accomplish in a year but UNDERestimate what they can accomplish in a decade."

I am SO pumped to be done with this and get on with the next step. The challenge has been one of the hardest things I've ever done but I feel like a man on a mission right now and that was the purpose.

After two SUPER challenging days, I'm actually really surprised at how great I feel and am inspired by the light at the end of the tunnel.

I am in deep guys. The struggle is real.

I'm rolling today but I can feel the demons creeping up!
