In this Air Traffic Out Of Control, we hear a twenty one year old novice pilot who lost her nose wheel on take off and must land the plane without it.  This could have been a sticky situation, but thanks to the team on the ground, they coached her through the whole process.

Kudos to Chris who kept the pilot calm throughout the whole ordeal and helped Taylor back to safety.
