In this episode of Air Traffic Out Of Control, a Piper (PA-32R-301) Saratoga aircraft (N9087V) has a flat tire upon landing at Rockford airport in Chicago, blocking both crossing runways.  

This is a first for the pilot and the tower tries to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  Unfortunately, the airport gets shut down while the ground crew deals with the Piper.

Time is of the essence, as Rockford is a major hub for UPS.
