As a society we put so much noise around resolutions for the New Year which seem so far off and so unachievable and when we have one little bump we think 'screw this...I knew this wouldn't work' and we revert right back to the extra weight, the unfulfilling job, the partner that is a roommate because it's comfortable
It's not about the resolution, it's about creating the dreams for your life and setting daily intentional microsteps that brick by brick bring you closer to that dream.
In this episode, we discuss:

As we write the ending to this year and begin to turn the chapter into the year ahead, do you allow yourself time to reflect on the past year? What did you learn? What do you want to shed? Or are you like so many of us and come barreling through life like a tornado.
Before we can begin to think about our dreams and goals for the next year - we need to know where we are today and what lessons we've learned and that comes through self reflection.
In this episode, we go through some powerful questions to reflect upon that will lay the foundation for setting your dreams and goals in the year ahead.

My Friends & Fellow Truth Seekers, I'm happy to bring to you our December feature of our monthly feature #shareyourstory in which we feature a woman that had enough courage to live her own truth & is sharing her story on how she found that courage and what she learned along the way, in hopes that it gives you permission to unlock and share your own truth.
JJ Stenhouse is a soulful and authentic human being who I knew I had to meet after hearing other women rave about her in a networking event (and I'm happy I did).
JJ Stenhouse is known as The Practical Alchemist. She is an empowerment and transformation coach, medical intuitive, speaker and write who helps people on the journey of self-development who have tried it all and still haven't found that pot of gold.
In her sixties, JJ is living her best life and feels like for the first time she's living the life she was meant to. I love that at an age where so many women (and men) are just skating it through, JJ has taken the time to be intentional in how she shows up and is continuing in her evolution.
In this conversation, you'll hear JJ share with us:

Envision this....it's a Sunday afternoon & you get this tidal wave of anxiety that just starts to wash over you as you think about the week ahead and it consumes you.
You start going down this slippery slope thinking of what's instore for you this week, what you didn't get to from last week, how you're going to juggle it all.
That, my friend, is called the Sunday Scaries and 80% of Americans have it.
How are the Sunday Scaries holding you back in your life and robbing you of a day that is suppose to be full of relaxation and creating memories with your family?
On this episode of Putting Attention to Intention, we talk about why we feel this way, where these thoughts stem from, and how we can flip the thought.
I invite you all to get my free gift of a microstep bundle. This includes a microstep cheat sheet on ways to start to show up for yourself and screen savers to help you keep the promise you made to yourself. Head over to megan-miller.com to download

Does this sound familiar?
You stay steady on the course of working, begin all the things to all the people in your life and one day you find yourself physically sick or curled up in the corner in fetal position crying (no judgement here, I've been there).
It's at these moments that you realize you need a break.
Why does it take us to the point of sheer mental exhaustion or physical illness before we give ourselves permission to hit the pause button?
What happened in our life that got us addicted to the drug of achievement?
How is this addiction showing up in your life?
In this episode of Putting Attention to Intention, we dive into this addiction, how the label the world puts on us plays a role and how we gain back control with asking ourselves 3 questions.

How many times in a day do you buckle yourself into the comparison rollercoaster?
You see your friend get the promotion, the bigger house, the marriage, the kids and think you're a loser and you suck because you haven't hit that achievement?
If you have an all season pass to the rollercoaster of comparison - you, my friends, are not alone - hell our society has made a lot of money on selling us things so that we can 'fit into' our peer group.
We get hooked on this thief of comparison which makes us feel guilty about our past, gives us anxiety of the future, and robs us of the current moment we're in.
On this episode of Putting Attention to Intention, we talk about getting off the rollercoaster of comparison and granting yourself peace and calmness with this one simple act.

My Friends & Fellow Truth Seekers: Welcome to another installment of #ShareYourStory.
Every month we're featuring a woman that had enough courage to live her own truth who is now sharing how she found the courage & what she learned along the way - in hopes that it gives you permission to unlock and share your own truth.
This months feature is someone who I immediately felt a connection to on our first introduction. She's real, she's raw and is so open on her struggles and metamorphosis in becoming the woman she was always meant to me.
Jamie Klingler was born and raised in Philadelphia and has lived in London for the past 19 years working on publishing and events. She is a writer, an activist, keynote speaker, book reviewer, and a pundit on women's safety.
Jamie regularly appears on the BBC, Sky, Times Radio and the I paper. She has been featured in over 400 interviews in 2021 and delivered keynote addresses on activism and women's safety.

The life you're living today at this very moment: is it what YOU want or is that YOU allowed the world to tell you that you want it?
Are you giving yourself permission to let that quiet whisper in your gut speak?
The one that says that you deserve more for your life.
Are you listening to your own voice or allowing it to be suffocated by the noise of the world
On this episode of Putting Attention to Intention, we talk about one simple 5 minute microstep that will have you answering that deep seeded question 'what do I want for my life' and will have you going into the world with a clear vision on your thoughts, your feelings, your desires vs letting the world tell you what you want.
