What we don't give nearly enough airtime to, is the time & the peace that comes from hitting the pause button and celebrating all the 'wins' in our life, at any given moment. The sun in your face when driving, watching the dog with the excitement of going outside, or if you're like me - looking in the backyard, hearing the birds chirping & finding such peace in that moment.
My dear friend & beautiful human being, Milena Regos, embodies just that with her movement, Unhustle.
Milena is a former award-winning marketer who pivoted her career to reconnect with her values of well-being, creativity, and intentional living. She's created this movement, Unhustle, to replace hustle culture with human centered culture & inspire high performing individuals and teams to create sustainable LifeWorkPlay design for relaxed success without burnout.
During this episode, you'll hear Milena talk to us about releasing this constant pressure that we feel day in & day out to be doing the things, being on at all times. We talk about finding glimmers of joys in our days and doing a life dashboard audit.

You ever have that feeling like the rest of the world got into this cool secret society and that you're on the outside looking in, saying please let me in
Feeling like an outsider - like the thing you want will never work out for you bc you're to old, to young, to fat, not smart enough, things never work out (let the list continue)
So you see people getting the things you want and that voice inside your head telling you that you'll never get it, get's louder & louder & louder so you run for the comfort (the email, the booze, the food - what is it to get away from that uncomfortable feeling)
This one hits close to home, my friends. Being the chubby girl from Central PA, raised by a single mama, humble beginnings, C+ student - I never felt like I knew my place in the world - UNTIL I began this practice that I'm going to share with you.
On this episode of Attention to Intention, we talk about the one microstep that will build the confidence inside you so you stop feeling like an outsider & start feeling inspired, confident, satisfied.

As we're busy hustling to do the things, get the things, achieve the things - we ignore some of the greatest gifts around us.
Connection.
What we've already achieved.
The beauty around us.
Because we're to busy behind the screen, getting agitated with what we haven't accomplished yet, what money we haven't made, what weight we haven't lost.
That's what we're talking about today, my friend. The common denominator between the happiest people in the world & how a simple question can take you from stress to appreciation.

Ever wonder why we can receive 100 emails in a day - 99 being positive & the 1 negative just brings us to our knees.
Why we can get a steller review from our boss & there's that one 'constructive criticism' that we can't get out of our head.
We post something on social and receive comments of support & there's one hater out there that we can't get out of our mind.
On this episode of Attention to Intention, we get into why criticsm leaves a mark in a way a compliment never can & we leave you with 4 microsteps that will have you handling negativity in an entirely new way that puts you in the drivers seat.

There is this battle that each & everyone of us deal with each day & that's the battle of anxiety.
We hide behind these shields of protection, hide and run at all costs, and typically revert back to patterns that we established at a young age that protected us at that point and time.
On this episode of Attention to Intention, we're putting down that shield, my friend We're getting brave and we're talking about giving ourselves space to identify who is driving our decisions in life and how we can take back control with three simple steps

Within moments, you have the situation completely baked out in your mind & you can't stop having it on repeat - the conversation, the work email, the project, the diet, the money - what it is - you become filled with fear, guilt, anxiety & it robs you for the next hours, day, weeks, months.
This weeks episode is geared towards just that, my friends - how to do a worry cleanse - what does it mean and what are 7 words that will completely change how you look at handling worry.

There's this interesting thing that happens in life that we don't give nearly enough airtime to.
A situation / a conversation happens and you become labeled as something. Not good at math (hand raised), not academic, not athletic, etc, etc, etc
These labels then get implanted as self stories & speak to you ALL day long in ways that you were never taught to question.
The voice in your head that tells you to not speak up in that meeting.
The voice that tells you your boss will never go for that so you stay quiet.
The voice that tells you that your partner will never do that so you say nothing.
The voice that tells you that you'll never lose the weight.
My Friends - we CAN change the narrative of those stories that are a barrier to living your best life & we're doing that in this episode.
