We have all been there.
Here's what I want you to know: you're not alone, my friend.
After coming off some time sharing the #intentionallivingmethod with new friends, I found myself sharing these tools (in a way that we love best #microsteps) that I've used to push through the fear, the questioning, the loneliness that has plagued me my entire life.
May it help you begin to push through the fear, my friend, and learn to trust yourself.

Fun. Play. What A Novice Idea.
When did sh*t become so serious? When did we hold ourselves to this standard of having to optimize every second of our day?
That's what we're unpacking in this episode, my friend. I'm bringing on my friend & badass human, Mike Montague. Mike is a podcast host, public speaker, and writer that is passionate about the power of play & empowering others to let their guard down so they can experience the fun, flow, freedom, and fulfillment in play experiences.

Life has this beautiful way of bringing people into your life & sometimes you don't see that gift until much later.
Bill Melton came into my life many years ago, early in my career & as good humans often do, we stay connected. 2 years ago, Bill left the industry that we both knew & courageously started his own recruiting firm. As I was struggling to navigate my own footing, he was one of my first calls for guidance & advice & I'll never forget the words he echoed to me on that call 'bet on yourself'
May these words with my friend, Bill, do for you what it did for me 2 years ago when I was struggling to answer the most difficult question there is 'what do I want'
In this mask down & human first, pull up a seat to the kitchen table converastion with Bill, you'll hear us unpack:
The Quality Of Your Life Is A Direct Result Of The Questions You Ask Yourself.
Email [email protected] to receive the 4 questions (that I still use today) that helped me answer: what do I want?

Anyone else feeling this 'heaviness' lately?
Like the world is swallowing you whole? It's never enough, you're not enough, you're being pummeled by the waves of life?
HAND RAISED, my friend & after having my own meltdown this week, I'm sharing with you the lessons I learned that had me feeling lighter & had me thinking to myself 'why didn't I do this sooner'
Caring for yourself, my friend, it doesn't happen alone.

I had an aha moment this week as my stepdaughter, Allie, was with us around the choices that we make everyday. The microchoices in the microments that tell the story of our life.
You and I are unpacking it here in this microepisode.
You'll leave our time together reframing the way you look at choices.

Anyone ever explain something to you & you finally feel seen? They have this beautiful way of uncrumbling the paper in your head & the dots connect?
That is to me is this badass, Mori Taheripour, as she beautifully & in a human first approach talks about something that for the longest time made me uncomfortable & cringe worthy, conflict & negotiations.
I heard her on the Brand Builders podcast (episode linked here). I had to pull the car over, multiple times, to take notes & I thought to myself, she is my human.
Mori is a negogiation expert who creates transformational change in people who are seeking a great meaning in life & work. She teaches negogiations & dispute resolution at the Wharton School at the University of PA. Above all else, she's an authentic, purpose driven, badass human.
In this conversation with Mori, which is my hope this feels like you've pulled up a seat next to us at the kitchen table (you know those conversations feel like soul food).

Isn't it interesting how you can become so immune to something that you don't even realize it? This sort of heaviness that just becomes something you adapt to.
In this episode, I share with you this one thing that has had me feeling lighter, removing this boulder on my back that I never even knew I had & you can do it, as well, my friend to feel clearer, more in control, and to ENJOY your days (not just try to get through them). What an idea that is, who knew?

Here's to this beautiful, kismet, hard to put your finger vibe that when you see someone you feel seen. What a gift in this thing called life.
That is how I felt (and feel) about Gianna Balasco. Gianna & I met through a mutual friend when all of this felt like such a pipe dream & I felt like she saw me. She helped me create this movement, build the website, the photography & through this process we became dear friends & always had the most mask down & human first conversations that I thought to myself, you have to be a part of it.
Gianna Balasco helps brands come to life & took the leap 4 years ago to leave the corporate graphic design world & start her own business helping small business owners create a space in this digital world.

I heard from the brilliant Dorie Clark that if someone asks you the same question over & over, to do the world a favor & share it.
Over the past few weeks this has come up time & time again on where did I start, how did I find the courage to build this movement & how did I transition from my corporate career.
Our time together & this episode is built unpacking it with you & it's my hope & intention that it gives you the courage to begin to action on your pipe dream because here's what I know: that thing that feels out of reach, it can be yours & you know who can give it to you: YOU
You'll walk out of this episode with 3 keys that will help you spring from information into action to begin the foundation of making your pipe dream a reality.

What do I want? It's that the hardest question to answer because we're never taught to ask it.
We can get stuck in this hamster wheel with the thing that you're good at or that gives you this validation & even thought you have that inner gut whisper that says 'is this all there is' you don't know what to do, you're scared sh*tless so you keep doing the same thing.
Hand RAISED. I just told a friend if I could turn back the hands of time I would tell my younger self, don't be so afraid.
Years ago, I found Jonathan Fields work through Mel Robbins & his Sparketype movement & became obsessed.
Jonathan pulled up a seat to our community & beautifully & poetially unpacked what does it mean to live a good life.
