As a person with ADHD, anxiety and depression, I feel STUCK a lot. I never knew that i could change the way I felt, to then be able to get unstuck, whether it was something big or small in life. Getting stuck is a human experience, but when its combined with mental illness + thought distortions, it FEELS so m,uch harder to get unstuck. I want to share what I've learned with YOU!
