They rate categories such as the overall vision of the team, to trading, to drafting and developing. Last year the Colorado Avalanche were at the top of the list. This year, they dropped to 5th. Is that fair? Probably. We discuss why.

We also take a look at the state of the Western Conference, and how it's not really as exciting as the Eastern Conference. Where the East will likely have several teams beating each other up for the last couple playoff spots, it's unlikely the same will happen over in the West.
