Or, did you ever wonder if your busyness in motherhood takes away from you being able to fulfill your individual life mission?
Did you ever wonder what your personal life mission is anyhow and how to figure it out?
Did you ever wonder if your involvement in your personal mission and things you care about take away from your ability to be a "good mom?"

I tell a short story about how my day went on Sunday and how it was headed down the tubes when I decided to ask myself this one question...
In this episode, we are going to talk about the first thing that always gets cut out of our lives when we start to feel too busy--play. We are going to explain why it's so important NOT to cut play out. And we are also going to cover simple ways to make life more playful.
We will cover the primacy of play and how it positively impacts all areas of your life: your health, your relationships, and your work life. We define play and recognize that it is a basic need for flourishing.
We also go through each of the benefits of play in detail, including how it makes you more productive at work, brings you more connection in your relationships, and helps lower stress levels.
We then go through numerous examples of how you can easily add play into your already busy schedule.
Have a happy play day, mamas!
In this week's episode, I define the emotional quality of quiet space and how to create it in your life.
I walk you through the past few weeks in my own life, where I have been actively carving out more quiet space and I show you just how I do that.
I discuss the three questions that lead to creating more quiet space:
1. What do I want to put on pause at this time?
2. How can I make this simple?
3. What do I want to add more of into my life right now?
Work-life balance is a lie because balance implies a qualitative and quantitative equivalence between work and life, which simply isn't true.
Work-life balance creates a false dichotomy because work is an integral part of life.
Work and life are fluid. They're always moving and we have to learn to move with them, instead of forcing ourselves into some unnatural balance that we think we’re supposed to be in.
If you want guidance on designing a life (and worklife) that works for you and your family, schedule a free coaching mini-session here.
I give you practical tips on how to have more time and how to have a better quality of time by making time your friend. Enjoy!
And it’s important because this step is the KEY to rewiring our neural pathways, so that we have fewer and fewer triggers that lead to anger, pain, resentment, and other undesirable emotions.
This is my favorite episode so far! This is the foundation of everything I do with my clients. So, I hope you love it and find it as useful as I do.

This is for you, especially if you are starting a business, changing jobs, learning a new parenting style, or going through any major change in life right now.
Unproducitve difficulty is when you keep trying to change the painful situation you're in, but the key is that you are still getting the same undesireable results in your life.
Productive difficulty is when you are experiencing the difficulty of growth and the pain of transforming yourself and your thoughts, but the key is that you are getting the results that you want for your life.
Listen in to find out the three steps to being in productive difficulty and why this is the key to getting ANY result that you want for your life.
In the last episode (Part 1), we explained what the Superwoman Complex is and in this episode we are going to explain what the CURE is for those who are stuck in the Superwoman Complex.
So, the superwoman complex is the belief that we need to do it ALL as mothers. We need to show up perfectly and fully at all times in every role, including but not limited to our role as mother, wife, house manager, career woman, daughter/sister, community member, and more. It is that unnatural, perfectionist voice of the Inner Critic that pushes and bullies us to success.
So, today, in Part 2, I discuss 4 main points that form the cure for the Superwoman Complex and that rest on the cornerstone point, the fundamental point, that underlies the entire cure. That is, speaking to ourselves in the voice of the loving Inner Mother on our way to success. Without this, these other 4 points are moot. Now, those 4 points that form the cure:
