Join Sheree this week as she welcomes her client and friend Emily to the show. While healing is always in motion, Emily's journey has reached a beautiful point. She has gone from feeling triggered, lost, and out of control to being truly happy, thriving, and understanding the higher perspectives of life’s challenging experiences. Sheree and Emily discuss her ADHD, religious trauma, family dynamics, the loss of loved ones, and friendships, healthy and not-so-healthy, and how these events have molded Emily into the person she is today.
Building boundaries with people, as someone who is sensitive or an empath, is a slow growth. The bigger work we must do is with the people who trigger us the most. We can't change how someone else reacts to a situation, all we can do is own our own reaction. Learning this process is difficult as healing comes in waves and you often will find yourself revisiting old wounds that you believed to be healed. Learning how to pause being a healer and prioritize yourself can take a lot of practice. Your feelings, your, trauma, and your triggers are valid and it is important to acknowledge that and give yourself grace when these feelings come up.
You are perfectly imperfect. Accepting seeing your good and bad, light and dark, means understanding that every bit of your being, even the perceived flaws, makes you who you are. Sheree wraps up the last four shows with a message that these arts of you belong to you and coming to terms with your duality will help you heal previous trauma, find forgiveness for yourself and others, and travel on your journey of becoming your true authentic self.
If we can allow our inner voice and intuition to guide us in attempting to push past or step beyond our limits—what we once believed to be impossible—we can reach a place of courage. Finding your courage will allow you to make the choices, the leaps of faith, the acts of change and growth. And with that courage, whether you find success or you stumble and fall, you will make a difference. You will be the person you seek to be.
The dark night of the soul is a period of profound inner transformation, challenged by hardships, grief, or trauma, leading to a more meaningful understanding of life and one's purpose in it. Join Sheree today as she digs deeper into what the dark night of the soul truly means for you as you navigate your way through your healing journey.
This week, we continue the hard work of reflection and healing by discussing limitations by others and, more importantly, self-imposed. Join Sheree as she taps into the influence of your inner power to be and do anything. You are in control of your future and that relies on your ability to push past the urge to stay in your comfort zone, work through old beliefs of your worth, and become the beautiful being you are meant to be.
As we go deeper in our inner transformation, there is a stop somewhere between self-awareness and self-acceptance. To reach our final destination in our microcosmic healing journey and become a catalyst of great change, we must dredge through the very dark and scary area of ourselves, our shadow self, to cross to the other side.
Self-reflection is one of the hardest steps you will take on the path to healing. Looking inward to who you are, past, present, and future, will open you up to self-negativity, the reality of who you were before, and the work that needs to be done to grow. Join Sheree this week as she discusses the task of reflection and accountability and how you can set yourself up to do so successfully.
Emotions are raw today as we listen to the second portion of Sheree's reading with our special guest, Crystal. Listen in as a second soul comes through and Crystal receives emotional confirmation that she is healing and breaking generational chains of trauma. We want to thank Crystal for allowing us to join her in her personal mediumship reading and we are so proud of the work she has done to move ahead on her life path.
