The person that didn't text you back.
The person you're convinced gave you a dirty look.
The person that you JUST KNOW was talking about you.
The person that said you were fat, well at least you think they did.
The person that is SO WRONG about their political beliefs and you just KNOW is talking bad about yours. 👉Often times we create a massive narrative in our heads.
Even still there are times when something is said, done, or NOT done that yes hurts our feelings.
Whether it was intentional or not we HAVE to learn the tools to work through this.

You can’t change or control people
Your experience in life is different from everyone else
Your entire relationship with someone takes place in your head
If they didn’t say it directly, don’t believe it.
What does God say about you? What is your truth?
What does God call us to do? Are they loving you?
Some people are just mean.
Some people are just insecure.
Some people are just untaught.
Some people have a different delivery from you.
You have no idea the role you have played in someone's hurt.
Some people have a hard time physically hearing.Then learn what you can actually DO about this.
