Today's episode starts with a rant about the lack of communication and wondering if I ask for too much.

A call with a coach later convinced me to go ahead and move forward with publishing this podcast instead of waiting for life to be perfect.

I also talk about my own issues in the bedroom and why I might have those challenges.

I share the song 'Part Of Your World' from "The Little Mermaid" with you. The song makes me emotional and leads to me talking about how my journey started with loving my feet.

I end by telling you what I did today which honestly wasn't a whole lot and it was nice to have a relaxing day. And a little treat in my day from Hasta La Pasta in Katy, Texas for their chocolate gelato as well as a visit to one of my favorite chain restaurants, PokeWorks. I end by sharing about a purchase from TJ Maxx from Sand & Fog as well as giving my partner a suggestion to talk to me when he sleeps.

I share a clip from the show "Modern Family" and how it relates to our life and our relationship.

Later I share about watching the movie "Hope Floats" and how it inspired me to share the song "Make You Feel My Love" as sung by Garth Brooks. I talk through depression and finding the thing that sparks my joy.

I came across a post on Instagram @juddlienhard and share my thoughts on it which leads to me singing "Shallow" from 'A Star Is Born.' Love gave me the freedom to sing and it is sooo very freeing.

Later I share the reminder how important it is to have conversations before they get bad. When things get bad, they can head towards uncertainty. From talking through my thoughts, I decide to continue to send you messages.

The sound quality on this recording for the 1st 24 seconds is quiet, and I couldn't figure out how to make it louder. It goes back to normal and then gets quiet again. After those 2 sound issues, the sound goes back to normal. If you know how to fix it, let me know.

EDIT: On 9/24/24 I figured out how to fix it. Yay me :)
