I begin by telling my partner about a song written by David Foster sung by Michael Buble 'Best of Me' as tribute to my grandma. When I am done singing the song, I tell them more about her. I'm not just the good one, i'm the very best one.

Later on I reflect about the song I sang earlier and how the lyrics are different from what I originally thought. I tell myself I am really proud of me because I am getting my freedom back even though sometimes it may seem difficult. I thank them for checking up on me because even though yesterday was hard, I still make it somehow and show up every day. There's a reminder that life gets better every day because there is always a plan even when it doesn't look like it.

There's no singing today because this was a very emotional day for me, my heart and soul were so tired and I was exhausted.

I talked myself through the day and thank my partner for being there for me. I also share a funny story about a call I made and come to a realization about what is not meant for me.

This episode starts off with me sharing a story I found on Instagram about in-laws and it touched me so much, I cried.

I got the courage to sing a song called "Troubadour" by George Strait, live and acapella. I would like to mention I am not known for being a good singer, however if it encourages you to sing along, it was well worth it. Sing, it will make your heart happy.
