In this episode, I thank my partner for taking my call and thank them for agreeing to my plan, even if it's challenging for us to go without contact for a year. They decided to let me go so I could go on my path and I would always have them to come back to.

I tell them about my day including the food I ate and go into great detail about one of my favorite vegetables. As I talk out loud, I realize distracting myself is one of my coping mechanisms.

I end by thanking my partner again for finding me and seeing me and my soul.

It's not easy for me and I tell my partner perhaps we should separate even though I love them. I give them a plan for us to get married next year instead because it's too hard for me and because I'm not focusing on my life, I feel like it's delaying my progress. I don't know what to do, do we stop now or do we just not get married?

My partner makes me feel safe and because I feel safe, I can sing. I tell him the story behind the song and then sing 'Neon Moon' by Brooks & Dunn. The freedom to sing for someone and have them not make fun of me is amazing and wonderful.

I summarize my day including a mushroom, turkey, egg and cottage cheese omelette, a tomato avocado & burrata sandwich with buttered bread, a meditation and my thoughts on the Celine Dion documentary and Stiff Persons syndrome.
