Natural ways to heal depression are:
Exercise lightly at home with an instructional video or with a personal trainer Eat a well-balanced food low in processed sugars EPA/DHA supplementation + Vitamin D Food that promotes serotonin like raspberries Dance with your favourite music 2x a day for 2 songs Take a 10 mins walk under the sun. Breath with closed eyes for 10 mins. Delegate activities with your partner or family member. Get one night a week to relax and do something that makes feel " you" Wear a sexy dress that makes you feel confident and sexy again.
