When all social media is forcing us to be constantly happy, we decided to talk about something more important than that. Happiness is one emotion out of the hundreds we have, should we really be focused on this one only? The happiness and positive thinking industry is estimated to be worth US$11 billion a year, it has helped to create the fantasy that permanent happiness is a realistic goal, but is it, really? This episode is about meaningfulness, where happiness is a short moment that comes and goes but even when it goes away your day/year/life is still meaningful and worthy!

Our kids may form hundreds of friendships and share their life with countless people. However, the closeness that comes with the mother-child bond is the foundation on how healthy the relationship with others will be.In this episode, we will share our own bonding story, how much we value our roles, how we are setting up the rules, appreciating each other's privacy but always being there for each other with love and respect.We will share challenges about how moving to a foreign country and how being just the two of us helped to appreciate our relationship.It's a positive yet sensitive tribute to each other, with no wish to show off, but only to encourage moms and daughters find their own way to get closer and happier together.

In this episode, we are talking about style and how to create your own style? What is the difference between style and fashion? We think that style has nothing to do with all the big brands and expensive clothes. Style is more than clothes you wear or accessories you choose, it's all about experimenting with different shapes and forms and finding the alignment between your visual appearance and inner you. Style starts from discovering yourself and being comfortable and aligned with yourself. Style is timeless and unique!

How does a digital diet look like? Our fourth episode actually started more than 24 hours before the recording. A day before Rugile agreed to conduct an experiment that we will call 'a digital diet', she spent more than 24 hours without internet or social media. She went through all the stages - from constantly looking for the phone in her pocket (what apparently called nomophobia) to a feeling that she is missing out on something important. In this episode, we are talking about why we are so hooked on social media, what social media has to do with the hormone of happiness, and what is phubbing. The experiment went well, and after all, we both agreed that it's very useful to check the balance: if you are using the internet or the internet is using you, from time to time.
