This week was super diverse and interesting - sometimes a bit down but all in the name of helping lift you up!
Jody Aberdeen wears many hats: author, ghostwriter, podcaster, and enthusiast of many different things from food and martial arts to history, science, craft beer, and gaming.
Jody has appeared as a guest on storytelling podcasts including Films Unchained and the Lets Talk Fandoms Podcast.
He is a mindset coach, certified in Evolved NLP from Toronto-based Avalon Empowerment and a graduate of different schools of coaching ranging from ontological coaching to Bob Proctor's Thinking Into Results program and Millionnaire Mind Intensive, to name just a few.
Jody's current dilemma is reconciling what he perceives as the excesses of the personal growth industry in the post-2020 reality with a framework based on depth, honoring limits, multi-generational thinking, social justice, natural ecology, and deeper awareness of place and planet.
Jody holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and English with a Minor in Political Science from McMaster University and is a former president of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. Jody lives in Dundas, a reluctant subsidiary of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada since the mid-1990s.

We all have the experts we follow, courses we take, ways we approach things...
What if there isn't "one perfect way"?
Or what if your habitual way of doing things worked at one time but isn't working any more?
If it feels like it's not working, it's ok to change directions and try something new!
Check out some new ideas and let me know what you think!

This week I was thinking about how much pressure we put on ourselves to be right all the time!
What if we just relaxed, tried our best and celebrated that by showing up in the world just as we are? We would be happier and more present for others as our authentic selves... that can only make the world better
