     We are starting to reach the holiday season and with the holiday season, comes more sports in prime time television. We actually talk a bit of baseball, since it's the World Series. NBA is just getting started, and in regards to the NFL season, certain teams are beginning to distance themselves from the packs as playoff contenders, while others are looking forward to the NFL Draft. Both Grant and Nicky give their playoff hopeful picks, as well as some potential dark horses this year. 

     Since we are getting closer to the playoffs, it would be a crime for the boys to not talk about how the prices of cards begin to skyrocket (or plummet) during the playoffs. All this important information and much more, will be discussed on episode 25 of "Backyard Bros"

On this Weeks' Episode of The Backyard Bros Podcast, Grant and Nicky dive into a quick review from this past weekends' NFL slate of games. Grant discusses what's been keeping him up at night by kicking off the show with a thorough apology for George Kittle’s Monday Night Football performance.

The guys then discuss the Tom Brady and Giselle Bundchen divorce and express their general concerns for Antonio Brown’s mental well-being and calls for help.

Following the coverage of dramatic sports topics, Grant and Nicky go through the rest of the Jags schedule and predict their record for the rest of the season. 

Finally, the boys talk about their everyday life, the behind the scenes moments that you guys miss, and the future of the Backyard. This is a feel-good episode that takes you behind the personalities that you see on the live-streams! 

     The storm chasers, Nicky and Grant, chilling in the eye of Hurricane Ian Book, in order to bring this IMPERATIVE information to you live and in effect.  

     We dive deep into the veins of the hobby, discussing the right and wrong time to buy, importance of grading cards with a low pop, we have an issue with Flex Seal and we start teasing the best players to invest in before the NBA season starts. 

     We also discuss the differences between NBA and NFL cards and the amount of time you can expect for a return on your investment if you are in the selling market. If you are new to collecting or wanting to get into buying a certain player, Grant and Nicky give you tips on how to find your guy, and what "a guy" translates to within the hobby.

Week 3 Kicks off with the Steelers @ The Browns and this game may be a snoozer BUT tonight marks the official start of Week 3 in the NFL -  and like clockwork, the boys are here to help you make some money.

Although this game does not jump out on paper as a shootout that is promising to score a ton of points - it's still a division matchup where the two teams absolutely hate each other. Steelers at Browns promises to be a hard fought game, and the boys are here to provide you with their SHARP insight on all of the action! 

On this weeks' episode of the Backyard Bros podcast, Grant and Nicky dive head first into the Week 2 Review of the NFL's slate of games. 

At the conclusion of the Week 1 games, Nicky Ripz was up a COOL $100k on DraftKings (stilll waiting on that direct deposit DK!) and this week was no different. Grant and Nicky absolutely dominated Vegas putting up a 7-1 and 6-2 record this past weekend. The boys review their wins and very few losses and they dive into Monday Night's Double-Header. 

Grant and Nicky break down what they look for when building out their Daily Fantasy Lineups and they look ahead to Week 3 in the NFL. 

Finally, THE JAGS ARE ATOP THE DIVISION!? Trevor Lawrence looked like the QB we all knew he would turn out to be but to see it come to fruition in the NFL is something that will be remembered in the Backyard for years to come. Is Trevor Lawrence going to be an elite QB in the NFL? Only time will tell, but until then we are going to RIDE THIS WAVE!!! 

This past weekend, The Boys in the Backyard SWEPT their bookies clean. Grant and the Godfather finished yesterday with a record of 7-1 while Nicky Ripz and Brett came in at an impressive 5-3. Now, the guys give their picks for tonight's DOUBLE HEADER matchup kicking things off with Buffalo vs. Tennessee followed by one of the best games of the week with the Eagles facing off against J Jeff and the Vikings.... SKOL!!

THE NFL IS BACK AND IT'S BEEN A GLORIOUS START TO THE SEASON!

Grant and Nicky review their picks (both WIPED the bookies clean) and Nicky talks about his DSF Lineup that racked in $112,000 yesterday! Yes - over one hundred grand - that is NOT a typo. 

Grant and Nicky discuss who looked good and which teams they will be betting against for the remainder of the season. The Backyard and NFL goes hand-in-hand like peanut butter and jelly and you do not wanna miss the Week 1 in review podcast!

On this episode of the Backyard Bro’s podcast, we have the world-renowned, charismatic legend of the sport, Chad “Ocho Cinco” Johnson join us in studio! Grant, Nicky Ripz, the Godfather and Ocho talk about anything and everything because the man is an open book (almost as open as he was on the field). 

 The guys talk about Ocho's humble beginnings, his rookie and sophomore years in college and the NFL, before diving into the SAUCE. 

The boys discuss Ocho's Mount Rushmore of WRs and QBs in the league right now, and who he would have loved to play alongside during his prime. 

Ocho also broke out some cards and signed cards and sticker autos for everyone for a behind-the-scenes look at how much goes into the production of sports cards.
