The Carolina Panthers offensive struggles carried over to another week as the team dropped to 1-3, losing, 26-16, to Arizona at home. Baker Mayfield's issues with accuracy, batted balls, and trust in the offense have held the team back through the first four weeks of the season. Julian Council says that it's already time to admit that the Panthers QB position is once again holding the franchise back and that they'll be back in the market for a QB, and a new head coach this offseason.

The doomsday clock for Matt Rhule is still ticking as Panthers fans call for his ouster. Julian explains what Rhule's downfall in Carolina will be (spoiler: QB play) and wonders if firing Rhule will place the pressure on general manager Scott Fitterer to turn around the organization.
