I speak with Amy Gendron about her passion in life, “Acupuncture”.
I consider Acupuncture to be Holistic and because I am integrated in my profession what a great opportunity to learn about another modality that really helps people with out using drugs.
How she got started in this modality of health and some challenges that she has encountered along her journey.
I don’t know a lot about Acupuncture so I thought I would take the time to ask how it works, who benefits and some case histories that acupuncture has helped with in clients of hers.
I have always wondered about tattoos and the possible disruption of the meridian flow or the ink causing any kind of issue so she shares her thoughts/opinion on the ink used, location of tattoos, meaning and having tats that cover most of the body.
Amy is practitioner. We conclude with “business talk”: How she started her business, how she gets clients and where she will go from here. Enjoy my chat with Amy.

Adam and I talk about many ways that have moved us through life with conscious and unconscious knowing’s. I have always believed that everything happens for a reason whether that is positive or negative will be governed by ones owh perspective. This podcast is meant to be a dialogue of awareness to share as coaches to help anyone compelled to listen or share this podcast.
Adam is a musician with a career that has put him in the company of some famous and interesting people. He shares his experience as to what that was like. Like most relationships create gifts and he shares those take aways as it relates to my curiosity with famous people.
I love vibrational healing so we’ll talk about what works for Adam and I as it relates to evolving through troubled times and using music, sound as a vibrational source of expansion.
After doing so much at a young age, Adam shares “what’s next” on his agenda. As he is finding his purpose and passion, he will share what that means for him and how I have found my own love/dream. The remaining conversation flows with much dialogue on becoming more grounded, the Saboteur archetype, love, relationships and techniques that Adam and I both use to help others and ourselves that can be of use to all listeners. Thanks for listening and sharing this podcast.

Hallie and I discuss our mid-life adventure this month. We reflect on the first half of our life as it relates to our own Evolution ie. the ups and downs, the traumas’ and wounds that changed our perspective on our growth. This was a very personal and fun conversation as it related to really opening up about the aging process and what that means.
I love conversing about everything physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Hallie speaks with such grace of knowing as she has a ton of experience as a coach and master degreed family therapist.
We venture through relationships and parents and how that process of healing can be or look like as an ongoing process and as a nicely healed process.
We talk about the journey through the 20’s, 30’s, and 40’s and the decade that was the most evolutionary and how that time created the version of who we are today.
This discussion will be about both of us discussing and finding and knowing our purposes, what is aging and what were the challenges that brought us to this point right now. Also as Coaches what we recommend to others who may still be on the journey of discovery. There are lots of tips that we share that hopefully will help others in some positive way.
Hallie Ringhand can be found for a consult or further information on her website @ Newutoday.com
Her podcast is Fit Enneagram.
I can be found on Facebook@ Ashley’s Good Chi page and Insta@ BalancedBody.Ashley.

This can be for practitioners out there to get your words together so you can explain to clients what you can do as an integrated therapist or are of a holistic nature.
This is also for clients to know what to look for when they do need help with their body. I want clients to get the best service and encourage clients to communicate to your coach/trainer/practitioner/doctor your concerns.
In this podcast I go into a bit of my experience of what makes a practitioner that is holistic based practitioner better than another practitioner that does similar work ie. physio, chiropractor, or massage therapist. The answer to the difference is really global versus isolated or the idea of searching for answers that can be in different locations in the body and finding them to enable specialists to explain a theory.
I will also talk about what a client should expect from their practitioner.
I have a strong feeling towards this information because so many people have come to me that have spent thousands of dollars with the intention to be better or to get out of pain and they didn’t get that effect and don’t know why because they never asked or found out why.
Also there is many situations where the practitioner told the person there wasn’t a solution which I believe there is always something that can be done to better another.
I share in conclusion a few example cases that I just recently experienced that make me sad only because I believed differently from the other therapist. I do believe come to me for a reason and its not to just end up saying, “Well my physical therapists disagrees so I won’t continue with part of your solution.” Thus is the journey for us all. Thank you for your time and energy.
