Balancing Motherhood and Ambition

This past week we got to celebrate the 4th of July and with that came a lot of fun activities with the family and just enjoying time together doing the various things we’ve done, but of course things around the house have gone to mayhem in terms of house work, laundry, etc. We have realized that as we have prioritized spending time with our children, especially Rosie as she has built and run her business, we have been able to teach them many great and meaningful lessons that are necessary for their growth and development. “You always pay the price when you don’t put your kids first.”

“So many opportunities came up for me to teach them things, or teach them a principle, and then show them how to put it into action, and as I was spending so much time with them all day, what I was thinking of was all the moments I would have lost out on if I hadn’t been home with them today, like all those little opportunities to help them grow for their benefit.” 2:50
