Rising debt is ballooning out of control as many Americans are trying to keep up with rising prices and economic uncertainty. According to data by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, there has been an increase of 11.5 percent in bankruptcy filings. Utah specifically rose 13.6 percent over the last year.
