We talked everything there is about brewing; homebrew and getting started, unique ingredients, his first craft beer, his favorite style and so much more. We also talk about his role at the brewery, deciding what to produce, bottling/canning and so much more. Jacob was also gracious enough to get us a few samples and walked us through a tasting with some of Silver Moon's tasty craft beers-an added bonus if you can get your hands on some and join along with our guided tasting.
