Prost beer lovers! On Batch 88 the gentlemen recorded live at Enegren Brewing Company in Moorpark, CA. They are being joined by the lead brewer and co-owner Chris Enegren, head brewer Brittany Brouhard, and Master of Festivities John Bird.
The Beer of the Week is their rotating hop pilsner series Loral Pils.
After some background on the brewery and the crew behind the brew, the Enegren team leads the gentlemen and the audience on a guided tasting of some of their core beers (pro tip: listen to the podcast while at the brewery to drink along).
We talk with the team about brewing, their thoughts on glitter beer, why Enegren is so great, lagers vs ales, brewing experience and some funny behind the scenes stories of the brewery.
