I have been so fortunate to take my family and students to Europe, and I have learned so much. One very valuable lesson that I learned is how important it is to be fully present each moment of your life. We waste so much of our time worrying about a part we can’t change or a future we don’t have much control over. It’s time to stop doing that. It’s time to start living each day as if every moment matters...because it does.
