Recording this the morning after my 33rd birthday because I sat in aw of the seasons of my life for most of the day on my birthday. The reality of our day to day lives is that we are ALWAYS moving forward, building something. Even when it seems stagnant. Life itself is constantly moving forward and evolving. However its hard to see that in the moment and looking back I see where I need to go in order to where I am, as we all do.  What I have learned though throughout the years that has brought me so much more peace and insight into life I share on this episode. We are all guilty of the mindless scroll but there is an energetic exchange behind it.  It can trigger you and if you continue to consume without learning about why you are triggered you are creating patterns of lower vibrational experiences through a screen.  The difference between only seeking the light and love and spiritual bypassing is doing the work when you notice the trigger.
